Have faith in the programme as you’ve worked up to this.

I was told that your mentor counts off the time in 5 minute intervals, that helped me . Once I hit 10 mins, my legs were sore, knowing I was halfway carried me throw and then with 5 mins to go I knew I had to and could do it!

I’m waiting in trepidation for my first 25 min run and I’ll be following my advice again!

You can do it!👍🏻🏃🏼‍♀️

I did mine today and was really nervous too - it’s not as hard as you think it will be. Just choose some upbeat songs to listen to while you’re doing it and don’t think about the time. You can do it :)

I'm doing the same run tomorrow, will be up and out by 5.30am (definitely an early bird!) - just checked everything is ready to go, phone and headphones charged and I'm chugging plenty of water. I'm going to do this!

Done it, and you can too!! Go for it, keep focused, your body can do this. Count it down in 5 minute chunks, then in the last break it down further, only 2 mins left, then 1 which is easy.

Physically, previous runs felt harder.

If you use c25k app, check it's working OK before you leave your house!

For me it was mind over matter. You are ready for this so stay confident.

Run nice and slow, play some music and enjoy.

I found it easier than I thought I would. x

The best bit of advice I can give you is go slow, get through the first ten minutes and then it gets easier - you know you're on the home stretch.

I like to run early before my brain has a chance to talk me out of it 🤣. It went better than expected and I enjoyed it. This is amazing programme 🙌🏻

Morning, I have done my Wk5 run 3 this morning minus the app as it kept telling me I was on week 3 🤣 so just went with the flow, music on and put a stopwatch on my Fitbit and just did it... only looked at my wrist a couple of times and just kept pooling along. Just go with it, you will find your happy spot with breathing and aches but acknowledge and move on, you can do this ☺️☺️☺️
