Well, without doubt this running programme works! I've just completed the 20 minute run in Week5 Run3 and am so pleased. To think back to Week1 and then to what I'm doing now - fantastico! Thx to people on here and to my coach Micheal Johnson! Now looking forward to Week6 :)

Week 6 run 1 is when I realised running is easier than walking and running. Well done, before you know it you'll have no walking intervals at all.

Excellent, and well done!! I did week 6 run 1 this morning and struggled a bit, I think it was because it was a bit icy! I think this program is ACE! I have tried and failed at running so many times before. Keep running!! :-)

It is quite the moment, isn't it? I did it last week (on W6r2 now) and felt like I had conquered Everest! Well done and keep going.

I finished week 6 Friday night & managed it. Week 7 tomorrow night & have a set of traxs for my trainers to run in the ice/snow.

It’s a good feeling isn’t it. I’ve just done W6R2 and found that 20 much harder with the walk between than the 20 straight run. Weird!
