W9R3 done! After running virtually every other day since 26th February I have today graduated completing just over 4k in 30 minutes. Some runs got repeated a few times, was it W5R3 that's jumps up to 20 mins non stop? I think so... I repeated W5R2 a few times and then just got on with doing W5R3 starting off slowly (advice I'd seen on here - thank you).
Reading the posts on here on and off throughout has been very useful and also motivating so thank you to everyone who has helped me and given me encouraging words. Good luck to everyone who is still on their C25K journey. I'm going to be consolidating with more 30 minute runs over the forthcoming weeks, hoping to build up some strength and stamina. My knees and hips have been aching over the last week or so, so hoping that will ease over time.
