Just completed W1R3!!!!! Cannot believe I have managed to do this and feel this good, in just 5 days!!! I found this last run a bit easier than the first two (although it’s warm out there this morning !) first 3 interval runs were a bit of an effort and then it got easier. One big change is that the minute running seemed much shorter this time than on the first two W1 runs - did anyone else feel like this?
Logged the run on MapMyRun - it’s says I managed a total of 3.58km at an average pace of 8.29 ...... not sure if that’s good or bad but I feel great now 😂😂

Your pace is your pace...........do you really want to know how you compare to a 20 year old male or to an 80 year old female. If you are following the recommended pace, then you are going at a pace that is slow and comfortable for you..........numbers are irrelevant.
Looks good to me 😁 You found it easier because you're getting fitter. The one thing that's astonished me from C25K, is how fast your body can adapt. Look through the comments and the stories are all the same.
"I don't think I can run 5 mins...I did it"
"I don't think I can run 10 mins... I did it"
"C25K is going too fast, I can't do that... I GRADUATED!"
Just starting w5 and every 3rd run of each week is always the best. I actually recorded a smiling face at the end of w4. I do tend to look forward and w5r3 looks a bit daunting but I'm going to trust the plan. Good luck for w2
Well done on W5. Really interesting that you found every 3rd run of the week the best.... I’ll test that theory out next week! Good luck with W5 and that W5R3 when you get there.
It’s a fantastic feeling isn’t it, that buzz that you get from running? Oh, that it could be put in a bottle as a tonic when we need it.
Sounds like you are doing fine. As long as your running pace is a conversational one for you, then don’t worry about the time.
Careful though, C25K does come with a health warning ⚠️ and it does sound like you could be running into addiction territory if you ask me!!
