Celebrated with a raspberry, melon and beetroot smoothie! Can't believe I've managed to get this far!! Week 3 seems a bit of a jump... running for solid 3 minute bursts?! Yikes!! I'll give it a go though. The Trainer is right when she says it does get easier. I notice it's slightly easier to do run #3 each week, than run #1. Feeling good right now :)

Thanks Sarah! You're right, I've now done W3R1. I expected it to be hard (I found W2R1 tough) but it was surprisingly good! Thank you for the encouraging words, it really helps x
