Celebrated with a raspberry, melon and beetroot smoothie! Can't believe I've managed to get this far!! Week 3 seems a bit of a jump... running for solid 3 minute bursts?! Yikes!! I'll give it a go though. The Trainer is right when she says it does get easier. I notice it's slightly easier to do run #3 each week, than run #1. Feeling good right now
