So this week has seen me complete my 3 x 25 minute runs for week 7.
The first two runs were around Morpeth as I was staying there Mon-Fri, it's a bit hilly and my time/distance suffered accordingly.
I was back home for run 3 this morning and I felt a little bit faster, this was confirmed by my Fitbit as I'd managed to cover 5k (including warm up and cool down walks) with the fastest k being 6 min 37 secs. I am really happy with that.
Bring on week 8 I say.

Thanks Floss, on the second run I pretty much ran uphill (or it certainly seems like it) for 12 and a half minutes then turned around a ran downhill back to where I had started.
