Big mistake yesterday. Had only been in Greece an hour and went for my W8 run in the midday sun and had not read the pinned post on ‘Running in the sun and Hydration’. Got back ok but it would have been better to have run at a cooler time of day and to have been better hydrated. Greek neighbours thought I was mad - not really - just an Englishman!

Wise to run first thing in the morning just as the sun is rising, not at midday, good luck for your next run, you will enjoy it first thing in the morning.

Great view! In Ibiza last year I ran before 7am. Any later and I would have struggled. Looking forward to running on the island again at the end of this month
