Week 4 run 1 - wow!

Just completed week 4 run 1! I expected to struggle as I found last week tough!!

All I can say is I’m very confused...I absolutely loved it and found it surprisingly easy!! It’s been my favourite run so far!

That was fun! So surprised that I enjoyed it after worrying for ages, I expected to have to repeat week 3!

Hi! I’ve just done the same run and (kind of!) felt the same....amazing how good the 3 min runs felt after they were a killer last week.

Well done!

I’m running with my daughter and she just asked what we were doing next week....I feel like I’ve made a mistake by looking, 20 minutes feels impossible! However by this point I really do trust the programme and can feel the progression so I guess it must be achievable!

WELL DONE!! The 20 mins sounds hell and unachievable doesn’t it...but I bet last week you thought 5 mins was impossible! A couple of weeks ago I could never have ran for 3 mins and now they feel (a tiny bit) easy!

We will do it!!

I know, I found wk1 run1 SO hard I can’t actually believe I’m actually doing it, it’s making me emotional! I’m preferring the less intervals of walking as I think I struggle with the stop/starting so just maybe this will be ok. Eeeeek! We can do this 😊😊😊
