I’ve not been progressing as much as I would of liked recently due to being so busy and not being able to run as regular as usual, I’ve finally pulled my socks up and continued with week 4!
Has anyone else round week 4 quite hard? I found the 5 minutes running really hard, I finished it but I did find it a struggle! Anyone else in the same situation?

I've just noticed on the right of the screen some post headings that go like this......'Week 4 run 1 struggle?'.......'Week 4 run 1, nightmare'. Yes, week 4 is tough. It seems like a really big jump to 5 minutes, but the program is designed to push you and this is exactly what it's done. You won't be expected to do anything you're not ready for so trust that you can do it. Some times easier said than done.
Well done you! The fact that you finished the run means you're doing fantastically. It's supposed to test you but not be impossible and it sounds like that's exactly where you're at. I'm only 1 run ahead of you, hoping to go for wk4r3 tonight and I definitely found the second run better than the first.
I’ve completed week 4 run 2 today and did find it slightly easier! Thank you for your comment, whenever I’m struggling through a run I try think of everyone’s lovely comments to keep me going 😊
I’m glad people feel the same! I did week 4 run 2 this morning and it was still tough but I had the motivation knowing I had completed it once already! I missed a run the other day due to horrendous rain so I was dreading today but it was fine!
Keep going and a huge well done for getting so far! We can do this! 💪🏼
