I can’t believe it. I did it! It felt good. I got abit of that lovely high during the first 5 min run which kept me going! The difference in how I feel now to week 1 both mentally and physically is extraordinary. I’m so proud of myself! And I’ve no muffin top over my jeans anymore. I’m going to have completed Grouch to 5k before my 60th birthday. To anyone just starting out - it’s fantastic! Week 2 I found the hardest so far - and I’m not looking ahead just focussing on each run. Good bouncy music on and the lovely Sanj keeping me on track! Hoozah!

Well done there Scrumpybumble 👍 have you set run days? A popular pattern is to run Monday Wednesday and Friday enjoy a weekend off to party 🥳🤣.
What's that you don't want a weekend off that's easy pop across to our strength and flex forum for those days when you're not running, you'll find it fantastic!
