I started week 4 today, but I couldn’t make it through the runs without having to walk most of it... 😞do I repeat this run? Anyone else found this week a struggle or just me? 🤷♀️

Week 4 Run 1
You can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, perhaps you were running too fast, take a extra day off running and drink plenty of water the day before you rerun run 1 of week 4. Run the running parts of week 4 a little slower than you did today.
I started week 4 yesterday managed the first 5 minuets but struggled on the last 5 minuets and had to walk for around 1 minutest during the last 5 minuets. I felt so disappointed in myself but I'm not going to give up I will not let a 5 minuets run defeat me! I may just run an extra time this week. Good luck to you
Go you!! That’s my thoughts exactly today. I managed to do it all this morning up until the last 5 minute run where I then walked for the last 9 minutes so it’s progress from 2 days ago so not going to let that annoy me! We just have to push a little bit more each time! I will repeat the run again until I can complete it, then once I have I will move to week 4 Run 2. You keep going though sounds like your doing great!
