Hi I was just wondering if anyone has done the couch to 10k after completing the couch to 5k?
I think I need something else to spur me on to running further than 5k. Any thoughts on this?

Do check out the What's Next post. There is no specific C2 10K ...app..but loads of choices for moving on... head across to Bridge to 10K...the forum there is just as supportive..and you will know many of us.
That's where many many begin the next part of their running adventures 😊
I did Active’s 5k to 10k. I knew I was going to struggle just consolidating, as I am easily bored.
It worked fine, for me.
Just be aware that you might pick up an injury if you try to do too much too soon.
Thanks everyone. I graduated in December but just can’t get past that 5k! I’ve done 4 Park runs which I enjoyed and have been going out 3 times a week down the seafront which is lovely! Just thought maybe someone in my ear would spur me on to jog for a bit longer!
There is a couch to 10k app on the app store, which I've just started with after several weeks of consolidating and my first park run. Basically, it takes you back to 10m run, 1 m walk intervals, building up distance. I will keep mixing it up though, with a shorter run and Parkrun every Saturday
