Erm yes. Have a look at the threads and you’ll see the word “Graduate” at the side of the poster’s name which means they’ve done the programme

Yes loads of us!! It’s great and easily doable if you follow it!

Not sure of the figures, but it’s in the thousands... several still on here! Probably a fair few today!

Welcome... you can do it too

Yep! And I always hated having to run. Now I’m moving onto 10K, starting the plan tomorrow.

If you're not using the HealthUnlocked app, you can see the "graduate" badge next to people's usernames of those who have finished! You can see each month there's a thread where people can ask for these badges when they have finished.

Search the forum for "graduated" or "W9R3" to find people's posts about completing the final run of the programme :). Note that our NHS C25K treats finishing as running for 30 minutes, 3 times, the distance doesn't matter.

My last week is just about to begin .... struggled at the beginning and did week 4 twice as I found it difficult but now about to hit 30 mins and to be honest looking forward to it (know it will be hard though)

Yes, it's achievable, and rewarding. It takes some effort but the pay off is worth it.

Get started, hope you enjoy it.

Too right. That running stuff is too hard. Give me a party any day :-)

Yes, think of the 9 weeks as a guide not set in stone. It takes many of us longer then that.

You can repeat weeks or retry the program several times.

Every single day somebody completes C25k, in all different age, speed, place, shape and form. If we can, so can you. 😀 Welcome to the community

Yes weeks ago!

Bit of a hiatus over the summer and want to get back to it asap

It's a great plan 👍🏃‍♀️

yes, although at the end of 3/9 it was more like couch to 3.8k.... must improve beyond 30 minutes.
