Hi everyone!

I have now finished week 3 of couch to 5k and am loving it! Looking forward to week 4!

How is everyone else getting on?

Week 3 is a little tougher as doing 3 min runs but once done it’s a good feeling!

You can do it - I made the mistake of looking ahead to see what was next - I don't anymore and I prefer it !

It is surprising how well your body adapts to each run X

Well I’m in the early stages. Week 1 day 2 haha! I was never a fan of running but the app has been super helpful. Definitely hard when you have some extra pounds. Just gotta keep pushing through!

I hated running in school and in all my years after I have never run it jogged

Take each run slowly don't go hell for leather - I can actually walk faster than I run 🤣

Thanks friend haha. I hate it, especially when my calves are on fire but I know I’ll get better over time. Hopefully anyways 😂

Make sure you stretch after if needed xxx

A third of the way through, well done you. Week 4 is a nice week, very satisfying.
