There are Podcasts on B210K once you have completed and graduated running run 3 week 9 of C25K, then ran the 6/30 minute consolidation runs. 😊

Yes! Google "Bridge to 10k Healthunlocked" and it will take you straight to the forum on this site. Or you can click through from searching on this website too. Good luck for your C25K Graduation!

If I was you I would sign up to Parkrun and run 5K x 3 times per week for about 3 months before moving onto 10K. Get some miles into your legs first and get comfortable running 5K. 10K is a big step up in distance and many people get injured when they are not ready.

5K is my favourite distance and I love doing Parkrun. I ran a 10K race last Sunday and have not run since as my legs were tired. But I’m going to get out soon this evening for a nice easy 5K.

Enjoy 5K, don’t be in any hurry to move on too soon.

When you get comfortable running 5K start working on pace and work on getting your times down. Parkrun is fantastic for that as you can gauge your training and see the improvement week on week. It will all help towards the 10K Training when you do start moving towards it.
