I have just started couch to 5k and am on week 3. I am enjoying it tremendously! I want to run the park run soon. I am finding the couch to 5k app really good. Also I am losing weight along the way. 10 pounds so far.

Well done Carol. Great weight loss so far and brilliant to hear your enjoying the plan. parkrun is great, if you do go treat it the same as any run on the plan. Start with 5 min warm up walk and then do as the podcast or app tells you in regards to running and walking, then after the intervals walk to the finish line.
