Welcome from a fellow couch potato! Have a look on YouTube for the Japanese slow running video and follow the stretches on the link above. I’m doing w1r3 today and I’ve actually found myself enjoying it!!

Best advice I’ve had in here it’s slow down slow down and slow down.

It’s harder than it looks to be honest but I know if I was pushing myself to “run” i wouldn’t be able to do it to the level the app says (still being able to talk during the run) I’d give up but this is actually enjoyable

The best advice I received when I started was slow and steady, if it gets tough, slow it some more. Being a non runner, this was the best thing I've ever did as I'm now on week 9. Enjoy every run and remember SLOW & STEADY!

In case you’re in any doubt.... Slow and steady! Proper hydration is key too, it really makes a difference 😊
