Woo hoo! I’m a runner now 🏃♀️, as I’ve done it more than once! 🤣 After watching the Japanese video a couple of times, I found it a lot easier. Funnily enough, I had no stiffness or soreness yesterday after my first run. It’ll be interesting to see how I feel tomorrow. Next run on Monday with my new running peeps. Glad I’m not running over the weekend, as the weather forecast is atrocious!
