Week two run two- done. It was ok ( with one knee strapped up) but I’m dreading next week with the longer runs plus I will be back at work so will have to readjust my running routine to evenings after work 🙄.

Week 3 is not as bad as you think it’s going to be once you get going. I was a little overwhelmed at first but I’m just coming to the end of week 4 and I cannot believe the plodder from week 1 is running for so long! Keep plugging away and I’m sure you’ll be amazed too! Good luck and keep us posted x

I will. Thanks for the encouragement

Hi Jan, just follow the program and run when you can. The lighter nights now mean that it’s safer for you to run in the evening. Slow and steady Jan and we’ll do it together 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Thanks Steve. I’m on the treadmill at the moment anyway so just got to keep plodding on. Together 👍🏼

I joined my local gym so I can use their treadmill for my runs. I also use this excuse to be nosey as I like to people watch as I’m running to pass the time away 😁
