It’s just under 6 months since I started C25K and I’m still enjoying it. I run 2 x 20min runs on Tuesday and Thursday mornings before work with my running buddy and a longer one approx 30 mins at the weekend. Loving the lighter and a bit warmer mornings. Here’s to the next 6 months 😊

Good to hear that you’re still into it and indeed on it. Well done maintaining and yep, these lighter mornings and evenings really are helping here too... I’ve even done some running before midday! Hope the next six months is as much fun as the last. Happy running.

That sounds great. I graduated in March and I'm trying to do the same: just trying to build running into my week! Slowly (and I mean this because I am a true snail) I am beginning to think of myself as a runner.

Good to read about your progress through C25K. I am also starting out aged 49 (just done my first run) so it's really motivating to see that you did it and that you are still running. What an achievement!
