Howdy runners!
So, I was really struggling with W6R3. I posted about it in October or November. So after failing to complete the full 25 minutes about 5 times, I decided to stop pause on the program and work on getting to 25 minutes continuous myself. I did my first 25 minutes a few weeks ago, did it a couple more times for good measure, then yesterday I FINALLY did it while listening to Jo Wiley's advice.
So now I'm back on the program and hoping to finish in 3 weeks. As I say, it took me months, but I'm so proud of myself for getting there. So to anybody else who's struggling with this week, persevere! You can do it!
