Great job Clubber. That run had me shedding a tear I was so happy... a true milestone of a run. Slow and steady through the intervals in week six and you got this.

Thank you! Must say I was walking home with a big smile on my face.

Congratulations clubberlang on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Those fireworks are for you.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚢 and runs πŸƒ

Thanks Al.

Well done you. You must be so proud!!!

I’ve just completed w5r1 and am apprehensive but also a little excited for run 3. I would never have thought it possible, what is happening to me?

β€’ in reply toEmlist29

Thank you. I was exactly the same before I did this run. You're ready for it, you've done the work. Take it steady and try and enjoy it. Good luck.

Congratulations!! It's such a milestone to achieve as its a big step up from the previous runs. Now you've achieved this the rest is just small, incremental steps. You've got this!!

Well done. I know exactly how you feel. I completed mine this morning and for me it was such an important run. All along I have not been confident that I could do this but know I know that I can. Good luck with the next 4 weeks.

6/1 looks like being a wet one on Thursday 25th, early for me. You out there too then? Good luck Clubberlang. Slow running is better than NO running.

β€’ in reply toHatman

Thanks Hatman, went out there this morning. I actually enjoy running in the rain. W6/R1 is harder than it looks. Good luck with week 6! πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

Hi Clubberlang. I was out there too. Running gods on my side. Damp roads but dry and sunny too. 19 runs ( did W1 twice) in the dry! I actually felt quite good both during and after 6/1. Seemed to get straight into my stride and breathing, and stick with it. Breath seems to return to normal much quicker now at the end. I’m away at the weekend, so 2 on Friday and 3 on Tuesday. You may pull ahead there. Best of luck fellow runner!

Well done Clubber!!!! Is the feeling as good as when you beat Rocky? 🀣

W5 R3 is the best run ever!

Beating Rocky? Gosh that takes me back, I was so angry back then. Glad I found running. πŸ˜†
