Hello all, just completed week 5 Run 3 tonight.
I had no idea what was in store, I thought this week was quite tough if I’m honest and run 2 I really struggled with. I haven’t read ahead what the programme is rather, I’m just letting the app guide me along and after tiring about 15 mins in, I thought it’s mentally challenging as well, but kept going and I actually really enjoyed tonight running for 20mins.
