Wow that was tougher than I was expecting found week 3 quite easy and enjoyable but that one hurt wanted to stop but kept going till the end my legs are aching now but was a bit achy to start with as I've been doing a fair bit of gardening this weekend 2 hours after run and I'm kind of looking forward to the next one π
Week 4 run 1: Wow that was tougher than I was... - Couch to 5K
Week 4 run 1
Yes I agree that extra 5 minutes of week 4 run 1 does make the legs a bit sore, have a rest day before continuing with run 2 of week 4, perhaps not so much time gardening, just relax, I don't think your legs will feel just as sore.
Thanks yeah i intend to just relax in the garden today with my feet up π΄
That is what I am doing NOW, just come back from a rerun of week 3, had a 3 minute walk, put the Mapmyrun app on and tested myself by running 1K in 7.26 in preparation for me rerunning run 3 of week 5, enjoy the β sun today and tomorrow as they say we might have β‘ thunderstorms by Wednesday.
Well done Netty2, I did the same run this morning I think the trick is convincing yourself to keep going, and c25k has given me that belief. Bring on r2! ππ
Well done! Make sure to stretch down afterwards so your legs donβt hurt too much before your next run - I always forget!!
Well done, I did that one on Saturday was going to do r2 this morning but I had bit too much wine yesterday so decided to leave it till tomorrow lol especially after reading the post about hydration on Saturday πββοΈππ§
Hahaha good luck for tomorrow thenπ
