That felt so much better than the last two runs. I actually found a natural rhythm, slowed when I struggled a bit, and sped up when Laura told me I had one minute left. Success!

Great job... pace control is a gook skill to have... runs get tough sometimes, but you kept going, showing mental strength to match the physical. Enjoy run 3.

Sounds very like my W7R2 yesterday - it’s a great feeling, eh RuthMargaret?

I know! It feels so completely opposite from how I felt at the start. It feels so amazing to not be counting down to the next walk break because I know I can keep going. Good luck with the rest of the programme 😁

That's really encouraging, my partner and I just completed W7R1 together and really struggled. Thank you

I did wk 7 run 1 yesterday and i did struggle about 10 mins in there was a slight hill at that point but it felt so much harder than wk 6 run 3 , by the last minute i did give that extra push on speed. Hope wk 7 run 2 feels a bit better.

There was a definite point where it all seemed to slot into place on W7, where I was running it rather than it was running me! Sounds like the same happened for you!

Can't remember exactly when I reached those points, but finding a comfortable, steady pace, for me, and having the capacity to slow down if necessary (or speed up if I was feeling ok) are probably the key things to my completing this program.
