I have had a few more rest days than usual due to life getting in the way 🙈 For the first time Laura let me down today by ‘pausing’ 10 mins into the session (probably something to do with being shoved down my sports bra 😮🙈🤣🤣🤣🤣) Luckily now I am doing longer runs I am keeping an eye on my distance so I could see I ended up running for 28 instead of the 25 mins....and it felt ok. So do I just keep with what Laura says or should I do the 28 on the next run.....🤨 Also and finally that awful (for me anyway) first 10 mins of the run has now reduced to 7 mins when my breathing feels smoother and easier. Enough ramblings from me. Cx

Laura sometimes has a little nap from time to time, but she soon wakes up and resumes her duties of instructor on C25K.
Glad you enjoyed your run today after Laura woke up, 28 minutes is week 8, however, if you are on week 7, that would be run 3 you should run for 25 minutes, just make sure Laura doesn't go for another nap this time, not long now until you graduate.

Well done on your progress and on dealing with Laura sleeping in your bra! 😉 And also, thank you for posting this, because I always fear that life will get in the way and make me take too many rest days. But from your example I take that you can take a few more rest days without having to go back several runs. That's really good to know! 😊
