What an awful run - if you can call it that. That was the worst I have felt and done throughout this programme. I found myself walking. My phone hasn't even registered it as running!
Will definitely stick to early morning runs from now on. Too hot tonight. Don't know when the next one will be as I am going on holiday on Sunday. Might try whilst away. See how it goes.
Happy weekend all ๐

I was the same too on that run?! Itโs just too warm as well. Everyone prefers to run at different times but Iโm with u on this- far better in morning & thatโs wat Iโm sticking to. Good luck.
Donโt call it an awful run, just a practice run. You can run it for real in a couple of days.
Do take your running kit with you on holiday. Running in a different place can be so rewarding and I find I get so lost in enjiyingctge new surroundings I donโt notice the minutes ticking by.
Your next run will be better. I prefer running early in the morning, running in the evening just feels odd.
Take your runners with you on your hols, sometimes it's nice to get 30 minutes to yourself ๐. Don't worry about how fast you run etc, just run and a bit have a bit of you time.
This was my worst run too, I donโt know why. Put it down to experience, there will be good runs and bad runs. I am now on wk 9 run 2 and wk 7 run 2 is a distant memory. Trust in the program, youโve already come so far, the next run will be fine.๐
My W7r2 was terrible too! I gave up and had to do it again. Itโs a tricky week. I did much better second attempt and have finished the week now. Try again. Youโll have a much better time next time.
I did exactly the same on that run, felt as if I had gone backwards. Stick with it. I repeated the run, same time of day and all went well. I guess we all get the odd run that doesnโt go how you want it to. A week on and have never felt stronger. Youโll be fine ๐
Awww don't fret โฆ everyone said week 6 was the bug and I got through that only to be felled by second run of week 7 too! It was one bad run, but still a run so the next one will be fine. Let it go, reflect on how far you've come and will go and finish the job in hand โฆ you can do it!
Hey don't lose heart we all have bad running days and especially whilst it's been so warm. I also go running in the morning about 9.30 & I've been running under the trees next to the park to stay cooler as it is hard.
Stick with it enjoy your holiday then try again ๐๐
Thatโs funny I have managed every run ,thought it was hard and at the end have said not as bad as I thought. Not so with 7:2 have done it twice now and not satisfied with the way Iโve done it! Going to try it next week probably Mon /Tuesday. I think itโs mental not physical with me I find 25 mins so boring and all Iโm doing is waiting for it to end. I need to find some thing to think about to pass the time.
You never know, you might be coming down with an illness. There is a point before we actually break out in whatever it is, when we are just generally below par without really knowing why yet.
That was also my worst run of the programme. Week 8 will be better, honest! Wk 7 seems to be an issue for a lot of people, I wonder why? But yes, it gets better Donโt worry, and keep up the good work!
