Read your post and had to.smile. week 7 felt quite rough for me too..
I found when I got to the end of week.8 and I could smell success upon the horizon as I approached completion...
I guess by week 8, for me, I could see how far I'd come, and that added some extra 'oomph' to my running.
Stick with it and by the time you reach 30 mins of running non stop it all feels worth it. You can do it.

Week 7 was a bit of a struggle for me. But it is amazing to think you are only 5 minutes from the goal of 30 minutes.
It is so worth it.
My goal is to reach 30mins, that will be amazing and hopefully through time I will begin to enjoy my future runs. I've had the determination to not give up on any of my runs although there have been plenty gremlins lol
Week 7 was the worst one for me, too, 8 and 9 were much better. What you can do to make it easier is slow down. Even if you think you are awfully slow already, try to go even more slowly, especially at the beginning of a run. Just ridiculously small steps at a veeery comfortable pace. It really helps.
