20 mins of not being able to get into a good rhythm, last 5 mins of good pace and steady running.
Today was just one of those days, positives.. I didn’t give up for 20 mins, when I finally settled I felt like I could run for a lot longer, and that’s another run ticked off the list.

That’s what happens sometimes, there are times when i think well my legs are moving but the rest of my body is just doing nothing to help when suddenly everything seems to be moving together and it flows
Well done for sticking with it
Well done for keeping perspective, next one will be good I bet
Well done for finishing the run. I think going back to intervals in w6 messes up our natural rhythm a little after running that first full 20 minutes at the end of week 5. Your next run is a long run so hopefully you will get back into your stride then, then it’s long runs to the finish. 😊🏃♀️
