About 12 weeks ago I started on my journey to run!! I am 48 and never ran however today I completed w9r3 :-)

It has taken me longer than 9 weeks but life, sickness, holiday happens!! Now I need to make sure I don’t lose the progress I made.

I’ve not contributed but reading the many posts inspired me and made me determined to complete - so thank you

Congratulations! The length of the journey doesn’t matter... the finish line is all important and life changing. Celebrate well, enjoy consolidation and then find that next start line. Happy running.

Congratulations. I’ve just started week 4 and I took 3 attempts to get past week 3. So my journey started more than 12 weeks already. The important thing is you kept going!

Well done for getting to week 4 :-) and keeping going.

Had some weeks where i had to repeat some of the runs but i kept going as i wanted to succeed and it does get addictive.

If someone had said to me at christmas you'll be running for 30 minutes before Easter I would have laughed in their faces
