Week 9, run 3 completed It's taken me 13 weeks rather than 9 but I can honestly say it's the best thing I've done in a while. Weeks 1 to 7 were outside, the rest has been treadmill because I'm an early riser but don't like the dark! So I gets it's onwards and upwards..Charity runs and Park Run next!!
