Here is my wonderful faithful spaniel! He is ready for the off with his coat on as it was a bit chilly in the morning and he’s 9 now so likes to be pampered!

What a lovely boy! ❤️🐕 He looks ready for his run. ❤️❤️

My Labrador often runs with me and always comes to parkrun where she’s a bit of a celebrity! It’s lovely running with them isn’t it? 😀

Ccm I'm very jealous, had my last Lab pts a few years ago and not in a position to have another one at the mo (work)

I'm not entirely sure what he would of made of c25k, sleeping was his 2nd favourite past time. Eating was obviously the first 🤣

Well my little girl adores running with me! She found C25K quite amusing when I kept walking/running!

Nowadays I don’t go beyond 5 or 6k with her on the lead, as I don’t like the thought of her not being able to sniff and dart around as she pleases. If I do a longer run, I often pick a route where she can run off the lead, like our local woods/trails. 😀

Dogs make the best running buddies. ❤️ I hope you’re in a position to get another at some point. 🤞

Lol cheeky, I thought that you were talking about your daughter when you wrote "my little girl adores running" until the words 'lead' and 'snif' showed, I then realised that it was your dog, not a little 'girl'

😅😅😅 Oh that’s so funny AlMorr! My daughter is 25, so not so little any more, and she’s not too keen on sniffing out on walks either! 😅😅😅

👍 I wonder if your 25 year daughter has done C25K like her mother has. 😊

No, she never did C25K, but she loves running and can do parkrun in just over 28 minutes! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
