I really need to do my W2 third run today. I'm two days behind schedule as we went away for a weekend break and now we are home I'm tired and grumpy. I keep making excuses to not do it, I feel tired, my legs are heavy and achey, my neck hurts, people might see me (I normally run at 6am to avoid this).
I'm going to go for it. As I'm feeling a little off I'm not going to make the mistake I did once before of really pushing myself and and ending W1D3 staggering with a migraine! Any energising vibes please send them my way as right now collapsing with a cuppa sounds good!

Go for it !!!! You'll feel better for having done it. Otherwise it'll just weigh on your mind and you'll feel bad for not going. Well, that's how it works for me.
You always feel better after a workout or a run. Always.
Go for it, because focussing on the run itself, removes your mind from the other stuff. Besides which going for a run when you don't want to/ feel like it is such a buzz when you finish, because you know you ran through an issue. Anyone can run when it's sunny, the right time of day - it takes grit to do it when it's peeing down, the wrong time of day and you hate the thought of doing it
I know this feeling and read a tip to count backwards from 5-0 and then go. It occupies your brain so you can't talk yourself out of doing it seemingly. I've done it for the past week and I'm still going. Good luck.
