Took a week and a half to do wk7 ... what with work and a sore shoulder, but onwards and upwards to wk8 still find it amazing I can do this 😁 stick with the plan people 😁

Congratulations on completing week 7, it doesn't matter if it takes longer to complete any weeks or run, you did it, onwards and upwards to week 8 run 1.

Yes it’s a challenge and each time I dread it think it’s not possible then surprise myself yesterday I did week 8 run 1 on the pendine sands enroute from one place to another and am sure the novelty of doing it in another place helped me no end
