I'm pleased to say I appear to have turned a corner with it.
Last week felt like a nightmare but I've done 4 runs now this week and they've all felt alot better, the last 2 I've worked on increasing my speed too so fingers crossed my next run on Tuesday will feel the same. I think that first week without a coach is just tough because it's a change, and also a bit of a comedown after graduation! I think I felt a bit lost! I'm running every other day for 30 minutes now and I do feel like it's becoming a habit which is what I wanted, just need to keep at it now. 😁

That is so amazing. It is hard moving beyond c25k - I redid the graduation run again and again, using the different coaches, as I felt lost without it. You seem to have hit your groove quite quickly - very impressive! Every other day is fantastic too - really well done!
