I have just managed 20 mins running!!! I tried earlier this week but stopped after 10 mins to catch my breath, I hate hills. This time I choose a flat route ( cheating I know) but I did it. My average speed was slower that the previous runs but I was concentrating on just keeping going. Everyone is right. so much of it is in the mind. I picked slower music and tried to sing along for a bit to make sure I not getting out of puff.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, is this the second time you have ran it?, I notice the word Graduate is next to your username, I am also rerunning some if the C25K weeks and run just to keep fit and my legs in running order. 😊

Yes I lapsed! I did C25K last year , did Virgin 10k in July (very hot) and Windsor Women 10k Sept. Then life just got busy and I was lazy so I started all over again with no short cuts. No wondering why on earth I stopped as I feel so good after the run.

I have just read your profile, yes you are kept very busy with all those wonderful grandchildren, my goodness, triplets and twins, just try and fit in some runs when they are at their nursery. 😊
