So not a very eventful run but a very consistent one indeed. My halfway point was bang on half the distance covered. I'm actually quite pleased with that. I know it's back to back but I feel like I can cover do my 3rd run tomorrow. That's if I'm not too heavy from my BBQ tonight!!!
Not sure what run I'll do tomorrow but I feel like I need to finish the program on a trail so will probably finish where I started and run my local run. Last time I done my loop I set a half decent time that included walking (the 5 minutes warm down) so I reckon with the additional 2 minutes run I could do a decent run.
I wonder how I'll feel tomorrow!
