The advice and comments on Couch to 5K the last couple of weeks, from experienced and less experienced runners, have been exactly what I need to be reminded of at this stage. I finished run 2 of week 9 yesterday, and the last session with Laura is coming up tomorrow - or the day after. I'll probably do 3 km in 30 minutes (not the famous 5K), and I'll be just fine, I know π and I'm going to keep running πββοΈ
Because it's fun, and not training for anything in particular - not even graduation
