The advice and comments on Couch to 5K the last couple of weeks, from experienced and less experienced runners, have been exactly what I need to be reminded of at this stage. I finished run 2 of week 9 yesterday, and the last session with Laura is coming up tomorrow - or the day after. I'll probably do 3 km in 30 minutes (not the famous 5K), and I'll be just fine, I know 🙂 and I'm going to keep running 🏃♀️

Doing exactly the right thing, Enjoy your graduation and just keep going. 5 years on I am still doing 5K 3 times a week. BTW done 5k in 30 mins about 4 times in 5 years, I have settled into my pace as you have with yours

Thank you 😀 Graduation present? Interesting idea, I never thought of it. I was just happy that I actually did the running first thing after breakfast, so I had time to do shopping with a friend 🛍 Got myself a new pair of shorts and a tee, among other things. I could call that a present, but the run was the present, really.
