So I’m ecstatic to have completed week 5. Over half way through the program and feeling great about it.

I just wondered if anyone repeated week 5 before moving on or if the consensus is to move straight on....

Thanks x

If you completed the runs then move on. The general thought is to only repeat a run if you didn't complete it.

You are ready for this! Go for it :)

Straight on! You’re ready if you’ve completed a run. Some people starting from very very unfit and quite overweight do each week twice, but if you’re doing fine and loving it, you’re ready. If you need to you can always slow down.

I’ve just finished W2! I wondered if people repeat weeks even if they finished them successfully, perhaps nervous about moving to the next stage! I like the advice given for this post, if your run was successful then move on, if you have a tough and challenging run and we’re unable to complete you would drop down to the previous week, that’s what my friend did and said it helped, and also the advice on the FAQ blog!
