Just finished run 3, week 5. At the end Laura said you may want to repeat week 5. How many of u did?

I think she suggests repeating week 5 if you weren't able to run for the 20 minutes on w5 r3. I had no trouble with that run, so I carried on to week 6.

I really struggled with the 20 minute run and didn't finish it properly, as I hadn't eaten enough that day and felt awful - but didn't repeat the whole week

I went straight to week 6, runs 1 and 2, then did the 20mins on the treadmill (as it's easier) then went back to Week 5 run 3 and then did week 6 again from there - sounds a bit complicated but worked for me!

I think if you've managed to run the full 20mins I would go onto week 6 :)
