Well that's week 5 underway, still not quite at the stage where I can say I'm actually enjoying it, but I definitely enjoy the feeling that I finished another run.

Looks like the next two runs this week are going to push me further than I think possible but Laura has got me this far so I'm going to trust the program.

Have a great week everyone.

Acheymakey just Trust Laura. As a recent graduate Sanjay didn't let me down and every week looked daunting. You are doing so well keep it up.

I am going to start week 5 on Tuesday. I have never progressed beyond this before but feel a little more hopeful this time. Good luck

Just got back from w5r1 - not as bad as I thought and I think there were times when I enjoyed it. And Im now enjoying the fact that I did it! Good luck for the next one πŸ™‚

Well done. You are being pushed constantly on the up-and-up, and whilst the programme pushes you, it doesn't ever take you too far so that you feel you are beyond your limits. For the longer runs mental strength is needed, and for that blind faith in this programme helps.

Once you have graduated and can go out for a run because you can/want to/ feel like it then perhaps you will enjoy it more. But it should always be a challenge.
