Completed week 5 run after a week off due to hip problems, felt okay most of the way. Slight ache from hip, going to have it checked out if it continues. Looking forward now to week 6.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 after a short break regarding your hip, I hope that heals soon, get it checked out before you go on to week 6.

20 minutes non stop that's brilliant. You should be so pleased. If your hip pain continues see your doctor. Well done you 😊

Great effort, glad hip sounding bit better but do get it checked if in doubt. Hope you have an understanding gp or better still a good sports physio who would know better your options.
