After three rest days...off I went...thought I would try the C25K stepping stone podcast but as I was running Laura said let’s “speed it up” and realised I had chosen the (+ speed) one so cancelled that and carried on with my music. Do any other graduates use the stepping stones podcast ? Next run on Sunday ⏰

Loads of people do and swear by them, but my tolerance for the music had worn thin by the time I completed the C25K podcasts, so one attempt was all I could manage.

I’ve added them to my podcasts ready for after graduation but will be avoiding speed at all costs. N if the music’s rubbish then they’ll get the boot 🥾
Yes nearly had a fit when she kept saying speed it up ! I’m going to give the “stepping stones” a go and see how I feel about it. I like good tunes that you can sing to and that was more like being in a club in Ibiza (not that I’ve ever been to one) 😂 💃

Yes, I've used stepping stones a couple of times and enjoyed it. My only complaint is that twice during the podcast, Laura's "counting in time with the beat" isn't actually in time with the beat. First time it threw me a bit but second time I just ran to the music.
