If you google Running Podcasts for C25K graduates you will get the links to the podcasts.

Hi lousamelia, therr are three c25k + podcasts and they are called stepping stones, speed and stamina. They are Laura and contain new running tips and advice. You can find them on the pinned post board at the bottom of this page I believe. Good luck and enjoy trying something new...😊

You'll find the link here:

It's on the right hand side.

The link has been given to you.. C25K+ podcasts, three of them, all different and all fun.

We. many of us have our favourites.. mine are Stamina and Speed... Stepping Stones is okay, but I found it weird, as did a few of us... but others love it :) I ended up doing a strange shuffle type dance... entertaining for onlookers though!

Let us know how you get on, please ?

A shuffle dance! Bet that was fun to watch....and do!! Sounds very odd though. I might give it a go just once ;)

I would.. after Graduation I did each of the C25K podcasts three times.. for my weekly three runs... just to see which I liked best !

PS

It did look odd and entertaining..but then, I have entertained folk in many ways.. the best was my running backwards last winter!!!! :)

Running backwards?!! Was there any particular reason?

Well....if you check out any of my past posts, I have done a lot off odd things...just to see how it was... My chums on here know me very well.. I am a bit loopy !

This adventure all started after a snippet, ( Irishprincess used to do weekly snippets, and I did some whilst she was on hols ), on how walking backwards and running backwards is really good for different muscles...so.. I thought, give it a go... great on my fields, but then i tried running backwards up the hill to home.. it was early and I thought no-one was about... I was wrong... a chap saw me and fell about laughing, whilst singing 'I'm walking backwards to Christmas' !!!!

Yes.. now you think I am really loopy :)

Oh that is just too funny lol!!! I don't think I'm about to start running backwards yet, just running the right way is enough for now ;)

... and much more sensible, and safe... But I love to make folk smile...for me, I love my running so much, but it is about so much more. I love to write about my adventures and share the loopiness too :)

As my runs have lengthened...so have my rambling posts... the chums on here, put up with me wonderfully! :)

I had a go at stepping stones to help build speed. It was not easy to get into rhythm but putting in those extra steps meant I did more work in the 30min run. I did feel as though it was a harder run. However a post from this forum said simply if I wanted to run faster simply run further. This was easier than stepping stones and did help. I Need to try the speed and stamina podcasts which seem to be rated higher by forum members. Good luck

Good point! I have been running further so maybe I should just keep doing what I'm doing

Speed and Stamina are great..my favourites.. I got a bit addicted to them. Many of us incorporate them into our runs after Graduation, to increase speed and distance..
