πββοΈ I've completed W6R3, the 25min run!πββοΈ I planned to do it yesterday, but my legs were too sore after a first attempt of a 'body attack' fitness class on Wednesday so I thought best to give them a rest. I've been stiff today too, but felt better when moving than when sat at my work desk so thought I'd go for it and I'm so glad that I did! I'm running on a treadmill and even turned up the pace after 5 mins, then again after 10mins! (Only by .1 each time, but still!) Weekend off to rest now (& drink wine!) But back to it Monday for week 7 (3 x 25min runs)... I've got this!! π

Iβve just done week 7 run 2 and Iβm also doing on a treadmill. It was my best run yet! The 1st run I had to slow it down on the treadmill to 7.4km (I normally have it set at 8kmh) but this run I managed to turn up to 8.3 for the last 3 mins.
Iβm gonna rise early Sunday I think and do my first outdoor run for run 3. Canβt wait

I managed to get 4.6km, with an average pace of 6.30min/km (this includes the 5 min warm up, so a total of 30mins). Hoping I can maintain this for week 7 runs!
I'm definitely not an early riser at the weekend so I think you're crazy, but enjoy Sunday's run! πββοΈ
