Completed the 25min run comfortably tonight. I changed tactics and instead of running on my usually hilly routes I drove 20mins to flatter land and ran along the canal path. This really helped and I had much less pain in my knees and lower back. If you’re struggling with aches and pains, I recommenced running on softer ground.

I ran 2.4 miles in 25min and got new pb pace.

Great job. Flat is great when extending distance or duration especially. I avoided hills like the plague on the plan. Very well done getting to the 25 minute run with hills, and now you’ve run 25 pretty fast... you got this, enjoy closing it out.

Thanks. I didn’t feel like I was running fast.

Well done you... keep it slow and steady as you head into the lovely longer runs:)

I kept the same pace throughout, which was reassuring. Just need to stop the leggings from slipping down!

Well done and good luck with the next weeks.

Still looking for a flatter softer course for my knees - although they are getting so much stronger.

Great pace - enjoy.
