Completed the first run of week three this morning, was so nervous about stepping it up this week but I managed. Does the "is this nearly over?" thought ever leave your mind? π

Well done you, as you progress through the plan and your body gets more used to running you will start to enjoy it more than wondering when it will end . Good luck π

No, not in my experience ! Itβs amazing how varied in length a minute can be. The walking ones are so much shorter than the running ones π

It certainly gets much less until it only visits now & then! π You can really help yourself with that by slowing right down- the day someone told me that you can run at walking pace was a revelation... and a step into a much better running experience. (I found later that I got faster without trying to.) π
You might find the clips online about Niko Niko running helpful.

Some days yes, some days no Some runs you feel cr&p and others just fly by, but no matter what, i'm always glad I've done it.
