I did it!!! And it was much easier than I expected!!! I even felt like I could keep going and was thinking "wait, is that all?!" Granted I was so very slow... which is tough for me because I always want to beat a record... but I'm learning that endurance and stamina is just as important!!!! Woohoo!!!!!
I ordered a knee strap to wear under my knee... anyone use those?? Also doing the strength training program, on week 1 of that! ππ»
