W2R3, done. Excited/nervous about W3R1...

After a rather hectic but fun bank hol weekend I did my 3rd run of week 2. Jeeps, it was hard after a 3 day rest! Had a wobble half way about actually being able to complete it but gave myself a talking to and 'jogged on'!

Planning on doing W3R1 on Saturday - am a tad anxious though. Was going to listen to it beforehand but have decided not too incase it puts me off. Mind you, I didn't think I'd get past week 1 so anything more's a bonus!

Well done for getting through week 2, especially after a 3 day break. I find it tough to restart even after 2 days. Please don't be anxious about week 3. I'm doing it this week it's really okay. In fact you might find it easier in some ways than week 2 - I won't go into the details. Me too, I never imagined getting past 60 seconds before I started - or rather, beyond 15 seconds!

Good luck for the next run.

I agree, it's not too bad - just feels rather long, but on the other hand you have far fewer intervals to do, so in a way it's less overwhelming!

they all sound so much worse when you think about them for the first time. Every week so far I am not sure how I can get through it, but laura tells me I can and it seems to appear I am able to so :)

well done for getting through week 2, and good luck for you rnext run.

Good luck for Saturday, I'm starting week3 on Saturday as well!

Well done on completing week 2.

I'll be joining you this evening, my third run of the week is happening after work today.

Feels good to be doing this, enjoying fitness work...who'd have thought it!

Enjoy W3R1 tomorrow.
