Jogging in the rain tonight. Finished the run. The last 5 minutes I can really feel myself flagging but push to the finish. Is this just me?

I felt that way right up until week 6, but now I don't have to push and feel like I could run further.
This program really works well, I never though I would be able to run for 5 mins without stopping, but now I'm doing 25 mins with ease.
Keep at it and it will get easier.

No it's not just you if your tired near the end just slow your pace down throughout your run 😊

Hi JJ the last bit is always a mental battle for me. I know this because I recover quite quickly so the body is more willing than the mind!
But you could try slowing just a little to help at the end
